Request a cancellation or reduction in your credit card limit

Please enter your details to the form below to request a reduction or cancellation of your credit card limit. Alternatively, you can call us on 132 067 or visit your local branch.

Once this form is submitted a team member of our Service Support Centre will contact you within two business days to verify and finalise your request. Until this occurs, your limit will remain unchanged.

If you would like to reduce your credit card limit, please ensure your outstanding balance is below the new limit.

If you wish to cancel your facility, please put 0.00 in the Requested Limit text field.
